PGDT have two comprehensive, fully equipped repair facilities that
offer a dependable service, should it be required. One in the UK
and one in the USA. Both facilities are equipped with full calibration test equipment
required to ensure quality of service and repair.

PGDT Facilities
Our expertise allows us to
provide a repair service on past and present products, and to advise of
alternative up to date products where appropriate. Full calibration
equipment allows us to accurately re-calibrate any returned unit, thereby ensuring any replaced parts operate within their required specifications
and tolerances. This allows us to assure our Customers of a high
level of quality of service, which is an absolute necessity for safety critical, medical products. To this end, we recommend that if a fault occurs on
one of our controllers, that the unit should be returned to
PGDT for servicing and repair to the original manufacturing standard.

As we specialize in the repair and manufacture of PGDT products only,
our staff are fully trained in the diagnosis, testing and repair
of all of our products. This ensures quality of service in:

Repair Costs:
Our service ensures we only charge
for the parts used to repair the fault & the time taken to do the
repair unless additional services are requested. Therefore, our repair
prices are on an individual basis, but if required a quote before
repair can be given.
Turn-around Time:
We strive to meet the following internal
turn around times (dependent on demand):
- Batches of less than 5 units = < 5 working days.
- Batches of 5-10 units inc. = < 10 working days.
- Batches of 10+ units = as low as possible.
RETURN OF GOODS:
We use well-known carriers that enable
us to provide next day deliveries (dependent on distance) & can provide
a 'fast track' service on an individual return through our repair
& delivery services if required at no additional costs (Dependent
on demand).
If required, our staff, using the same carriers, can arrange collection
of your controller. Simply place the controller in a suitable box
with suitable packing material to safe guard the unit and then contact
our Customer Services team who will do the rest.
