- Replacement controller programmed exactly as defective unit
- Free collection of defective controller

The PG Drives Technology eWarranty scheme sets new standards of service within the mobility vehicle supply chain. eWarranty allows a mobility vehicle service center to quickly and easily report a defective controller. PG Drives Technology will then despatch a replacement controller, from their UK or US facilities, within the next working day. The replacement controller will be programmed exactly as the defective one. eWarranty means the service centers do not need to hold extensive stocks of spare parts and can be assured of an exactly compatible replacement controllers.
To ensure the defective controller is fed into PG Drives Technology's quality assessment system, a free collection will be arranged. PGDT will then be able to establish the cause of the problem and take appropriate corrective action, thereby constantly improving product quality.
How to Register for eWarranty
All you need is the PG Drives Technology Programming and Diagnostics software, and internet access. The Programming and Diagnostics software is reasonably priced and is available from mobility vehicle manufacturers or importers. To register for eWarranty simply click here and fill in the form with the requested information.
How eWarranty Works
Simply log-on to the PGDT web site and follow the simple instructions. You will need to provide details of the reported defective controller, as well as your contact details. You will also be asked to send the program file for the controller. This ensures the replacement controller is fully compatible with the defective unit, and can be immediately fitted to the vehicle.
Once PGDT receive these details, a replacement controller will despatched within the next working day. Depending on your location, the replacement will be sent from either the US or the UK.
Each reported controller is reviewed by PGDT and if it is considered the problem is not within the controller, you will receive a personal email advising you to check other areas of the vehicle before returning the controller. This eliminates the time and inconvenience of needlessly returning non-defective controllers.
